GENRAL TRAINING COURSES
Generally there are three levels of NDT certification
1. NDT Level I
2. NDT Level II
3. NDT Level III
We are providing training for the NDT candidates with highly expertise faculties and our faculties include ASNT NDT level - IIIs , PCN LEVEL -IIIs, T-K-Y JOINT experts. We are planning to expand our business in UAE, Malaysia in abroad countries and in Tamil nadu we are planned to expand in Hosur and Coimbatore. Training provided for the candidates is by ASNT NDT LEVEL III and exams are conducted as per SNT-TC-1A. Students are provided with the NDT level II certificates as per SNT-TC-1A and the certificate is valid for five years and the renewal of the certificates can be done by ourself after the completion of five years.
In addition to the NDT training , we are also conducting training for welding inspectors, painting inspectors, senior welding inspectors, QA/QC inspectors, Lead auditor(IRCA approved). Training for the welding inspectors are provided by senior welding inspectors (CSWIP3.2.2 & AWS-SCWI). Welding inspector exams are conducted by TWI and the certificate is issued by CSWIP. CSWIP certificate is valid for five years and the renewal is done in UK directly.
Guidance for renewal for certificates will be guided by us. AWS- CWI and AWS- SCWI training given and exam is conducted. AWS is based on American standard and the certificate is issued by AWS and the certificate is valid for 3 years. AWS renewal can be done in our institution. Renewed certificate will be issued within 45 days of submission.
Painting inspector courses are conducted with theory and on site practical is given to students so that clear training will be given to the students. Painting inspector courses are trained by NACE LEVEL III and BGAS GR 1 personnels. We are also providing service for the engineering industries.
